Come join us as we re-establish our art discussion group. We have purchased a new series of video lectures from the Frye Art Museum which we can watch and then share ideas about without having to brave the traffic downtown. Rebecca Albiani, a well known local art historian, will explore masterpieces from the world of art and provider a context for better undertanding works hanging in many of our galleries. Future topics include: Contemporary Native Artists, Beauford Delarry, Late Classic Maya Art, Mary Cassett and Coper, Perugino in the Collegio del Combio, Julia Morgan and Hearst and Castle and soft sculpture. Monday is just a trial day. If it doesn't work out, we can find a day that works better for most. Hope to see you there!
