A second program is scheduled for January 10th. 

The Kirkland Senior Advisory Council will host John Wilson's talk on Senior/Disabled Property Tax Relief on Friday, January 10, from 2:30-4:00 p.m. Registration is required.

To register, visit the City of Kirkland Course Catalog and use the filter (left side of page) to select Course # 9026.

You will be required to sign in or create an account on the City of Kirkland web site to register.

Application Process and Resources

Applications will not be available until January, 2020. You may sign up to be notified when the application becomes available. Beginning in January, you will be able to use a new, simple-to-use online application system. 

Please note: If you apply and are qualified for this program, you will still be required to pay some property taxes. The Department of Assessments is unable to estimate the reduction for you. If qualified, you will be notified of your exemption level, responsibilities as a recipient, and the amount of remaining taxes due after the exemption is applied.
